CODE OF ETHICS
At ITV Ice Makers we have a responsible commitment, which is at the heart of the company, and which we develop around two main axes: respect for human rights and the ethical conduct of our activities, with a 360º vision.
Our approach is based on the respect and promotion of international principles, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization declaration. ITV Ice Makers shares with its customers and suppliers the commitment to respect social rights and business ethics.
Our code of conduct consists of ten principles, and establishes a framework for the conduct of our daily work.
Our code can be summarized in ten principles:

Our ten principles are based on the United Nations Global Compact and the principles of Sustainable Development Goals. These principles must guide and orient us in our daily work, and thus these standards must be complied with in all relationships with clients, suppliers, communities, stakeholders, or any other group with which we interact.
SUPPORT AND RESPECT HUMAN RIGHTS
ITV ICE MAKERS is committed to promote the principles developed through this code of ethics with our suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders with whom we are linked, so that there is a coherence from these parties around the respect that ITV ICE MAKERS establishes in relation to Human Rights.
SUPPORTING FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
At ITV ICE MAKERS we recognize the right of workers to associate, and we join in promoting and defending their interests and to bargain collectively as stipulated by national and international laws.
From ITV ICE MAKERS we provide spaces and processes that allow the development of activities in which workers can propose initiatives regarding their working conditions, without interfering with the regular activities of the company.
We facilitate open communication where workers can talk to their superiors about their ideas, concerns or problems and work together to address conflicts related to labor issues.
THE ELIMINATION OF ALL FORMS OF FORCED OR COMPULSORY LABOR
ITV ICE MAKERS undertakes to observe and apply in all its activities and relations, the national and international legal provisions related to the eradication of forced labor and to ensure that all persons working in the company do so on a voluntary basis.
At ITV ICE MAKERS we respect working hours, overtime, benefits and salaries. The employment contracts of our personnel establish terms and conditions of service, voluntary nature of employment and the right to terminate their employment contract freely, at any time, in the forms established in the Labor Code in force in the country where the company operates.
THE ERADICATION OF CHILD LABOR
The use of child labor is strictly prohibited by ITV ICE MAKERS and it will not use child labor or incorporate into its business activity any product or service from child labor in any of the countries in which it operates and will ensure compliance with the provisions of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in relation to child labor. ITV ICE MAKERS will require all its employees and suppliers to strictly observe this principle.

WORKING AGAINST CORRUPTION IN ALL ITS FORMS
ITV ICE MAKERS will promote the fight against corruption, both within the company and in the operations it develops, and is committed to compliance with the standards of ethical and moral conduct emanating from the legislation of the countries in which we operate and we refrain from engaging in any corrupt practices, including extortion, fraud and bribery.
PROVIDING A SAFE AND HEALTHY WORKPLACE
ITV ICE MAKERS provides its employees with a safe and healthy environment, free of violence, harassment, intimidation or disrespect towards the various stakeholders with whom it interacts.
We are committed to continuously update the measures for the prevention of occupational hazards and emergency response, providing our staff with appropriate equipment for the protection and prevention of risks, developing training programs and creating procedures for the implementation of legal regulations in this area. At the same time, ITV ICE MAKERS promotes the application of these policies by our partners, subcontractors or suppliers with whom we operate.
SOCIAL COMMITMENT AND COMMITMENT TO FUTURE GENERATIONS
ITV ICE MAKERS is committed to implementing Corporate Social Responsibility as a business model that goes beyond its legal obligations and that will allow it to develop a process of deliberation, continuous improvement and a commitment to competitiveness and sustainability, from a foundation based on the values and principles that are governed by compliance with human rights. Through CSR, ITV ICE MAKERS will promote the management of a transparent and participative company, concerned about its labor relations, quality employment and decision making focused, in a strategic manner, on actions related to the economic, social and environmental impact.
SUPPLY CHAIN SUSTAINABILITY
ITV ICE MAKERS undertakes to comply throughout the entire supply chain with tax, environmental and labor legislation; paying special attention to aspects that prevent child labor and conflict minerals in which their obtaining, transport, trade, handling/processing or export serves to directly or indirectly support non-governmental armed groups.
