1. Incorporate exercise into your daily routine

Let’s aim for at least 20 minutes’ physical activity a day, whether it’s stretching, walking or working with weights to strengthen our muscless.

Each person has their own sleep needs, whether this means 6 hours, 8 hours or more. The important thing is to maintain a regular sleep routine.

5. Connect with nature

Find time to be outdoors, feel the sun and appreciate the natural environment. You’ll will see how much better we feel.

Let’s reflect on the time spent on social networks and how this impacts our lives. Setting limits on the use of digital devices can be liberating.

7. Be generous

Doing good deeds not only benefits those around us, but also improves our own emotional well-being.

8. Love yourself

Self-care and self-love are fundamental before being able to offer love and care to others.

9. Meditate

Dedicating time to daily relaxation and reflection can help us maintain our emotional and mental balance.

10. Improve your body posture

Perform simple exercises to mobilise the neck and stretch your arms and legs. Good posture not only improves our physical health, but also reflects and improves our mood.
