ORBITAL BINS

They are designed to store and supply, inside refrigerated chambers, the large quantities of flake ice that the SCALA range of machines produces. For use in logistics centers for fresh fish, fish markets, ports, food industries or superstore headquarters. The exclusive design of the hopper and cone-shaped ice scatterer prevent the formation of holes and blocks of ice.
Additionally the bin includes a spindle with simultaneous movement and rotation that moves the ice, facilitating the drainage of melting water, breaking blocks, and preventing the formation of caves. Dry, loose ice is thus obtained. The bin has an automatic dispensing system that saves time in handling ice and decreases losses in the melting of dispensed ice that isn’t utilized. An optional weighing system can be included.
