ITV participates in EXPO PESCA & ACUIPERU International Fair which takes place virtually from 16 to 21 November 2020, from 09:00 am to 5:00 pm in Pavilion N° 03 of the Mega International Fair of Peru MEGAFIP.

Expopesca is one of the most important events in Latin America held every two years since 2003 to sell Equipment, Supplies and Services for Fishing & Aquaculture, including Boats and their Parts, Catching, Farming, Refrigeration, Processing and Distribution.

ITV wants to be present at this edition, where we will be exhibiting industrial ice machines for refrigeration, preservation, transport, distribution and presentation of fresh fish. Ice is a key element in guaranteeing the quality and good condition of foodstuffs. It allows products to be cooled quickly and guarantees the ideal humidity levels, preserving the original freshness qualities and extending the shelf life of the food.

Similarly, ice is the best way to refrigerate and store food during transport and distribution, without affecting its texture or composition and keeping it in optimal conditions for consumption.

Ice not only helps to maintain the temperature of the fish, but also maintains the humidity, and ensures that the product remains fresh, shiny and retains its weight. It also contributes to an attractive presentation of the product at the point of sale.
