Last Monday we welcomed the students of the MBA Executive programme of EDEM Escuela de Empresarios to our facilities to show them the Lean and Continuous Improvement work we do in our factory, our business model and company philosophy.

Within the framework of this MBA Executive programme there is a very interesting action, a MASTER CLASS, which consists of the selected companies explaining our business model and company philosophy to a group of businessmen and MBA managers.

With Nexo Ingeniería Informática and Progressa Lean as partners, ITV Ice Makers is at the forefront of production processes and implementation of Lean systems. Now with the upgrade to the LÊS Lean Execution System we have become an Industry 4.0, a company in which we put technology at the service of the human team to facilitate and improve operations.
