Good morning,

We have gathered to celebrate Christmas and bid farewell to a year that has been challenging but also full of valuable lessons.

Before we move forward, I’d like to share some key points about our operational progress:

• Although we didn’t meet the December 19th deadline as planned, we came very close. I want you to know that we remain committed to wrapping up everything that is still pending.
• We are still awaiting the technicians’ visit. This process takes time, but we are ensuring it is carried out in the best possible way.
• We are providing support to the market to ensure our customers don’t go without service during the holiday season.

I know this effort can be exhausting and, at times, it feels like the burden always falls on the same shoulders. However, what we are doing is of great value because it reflects our company’s essence and what we aspire to build together.

Beyond facing these challenges, I want to express my gratitude for your attitude. Each of you carries out your work with the goal of building a better life, and that dedication motivates Javier and me to continue giving our best to ensure ITV moves forward.

In recent days, I have reflected on what my father would say if he were here. I am convinced that his message would be a heartfelt “THANK YOU.” Thank you for being here, for your effort, for feeling, for complaining. Thank you for rebuilding, crying, stepping away when necessary, and returning at the right time.

Today might not have been the best day, but even bad days are a gift because they are ours. In the end, it’s better to have a tough day than to have no day at all. What matters is how we live it, how we face it, and how we find in each day an opportunity to become better.

Our commitment remains to work toward making ITV stronger and ensuring we all feel proud of what we accomplish here. But success is never the work of one person alone; we build it together. I am confident that next year will bring us many opportunities to continue growing.

During this holiday season, I wish you peace and happiness with your loved ones. Remember that true success is not measured only by results or the journey, but by the people and values we share it with.

Thank you for everything you have contributed this year. I am certain that 2025 will be a great year because we will build it together.
