ITV Ice Makers took part in a cocktail workshop with the Carmeleta liqueur brand at the Gastrónoma fair in Valencia.

A selection of aperitifs were prepared to be paired with different types of cocktails, always accompanied by the best ITV ice. The workshop was held in the showcooking area at the Valencia Club Cocina and Corequip stand, where numerous cooking demonstrations took place.

Gastrónoma is a great gastronomy event. An open forum for great chefs, manufacturers, distributors, small traders and artisans to position Valencia at the forefront of gastronomic culture.
