ITV Ice Makers had the pleasure of welcoming a select group of students and entrepreneurs, accompanied by professors and managers from EDEM, an educational institution that has become the University of Reference for managers of small and medium-sized companies in the Valencian and Spanish region. This group of visitors had the opportunity to get a close-up look at ITV’s operations and learn first-hand about the best practices and techniques they are applying in their day-to-day management.

In this regard, it is important to note that ITV Ice Makers has once again been selected as an example company by EDEM for its Executive MBA programme. This programme is very ambitious and aims to train SME managers in a wide variety of areas, including the ABC of Operations, in which ITV has a strong presence.

To achieve excellence in its processes, ITV has the collaboration of important partners such as Nexo Ingeniería Informática and Progressa Lean, which allow them to be at the forefront in the implementation of Lean systems and in the implementation of the LÊS system. Thanks to these tools and the technology they use, ITV has taken a qualitative leap forward and has become one of the companies considered Industry 4.0.
