Every day, thousands of people with disabilities search for new job opportunities, defending their rights and dignity. Searching for improvement. Here, at ITV Ice Makers, we are no strangers to this need and are invested in the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace as a way to enrich our society and also our company.

This is why we are especially proud to present our commitment with Adecco Foundation and their #EmploymentForEveryone mission. Fundación Adecco is a non-profit organisation with 25 years of experience working for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace. As part of these efforts, in 2023 they assisted 30,418 people and created 4,735 job opportunities (*) for people with disabilities. This was made possible thanks to the support of 603 collaborating companies, which now include ITV Ice Makers.

We will promote several Adecco Foundation’s projects over the course of 2024. One of them is Plan Familia, a project designed to support people with disabilities in their journey towards employment and a better quality of life. We will also support awareness-raising and corporate volunteering actions. To finish, at the end of the year, we will join the Adecco Foundation’s campaign for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (on 3 December).
