Good afternoon,
I would like to thank you all for the Christmas celebration and for the great atmosphere we managed to create together.
As I mentioned, this year was not about dwelling on how hard things were or reopening wounds. That is why we remembered the flood: not to relive the impact, but to close that chapter, draw a line, and not forget where we come from—and above all, what we were capable of doing afterwards.
And that was the central message: what we saw does not define who we are. What defines us is what we did next.
2025 put us to the test as a company and as a team. There was uncertainty, fatigue, difficult decisions, and priorities that changed every day. And yet, something happened that makes me truly proud of ITV: when the moment came, no one here looked the other way.
We saw teams coordinating quickly and with an enormous sense of responsibility. We fulfilled orders when it would have been easier to say “it can’t be done.” And honestly, this cannot be manufactured: it is built with culture, values, and people.
I also said this the other day and I want to repeat it: thank you to your families. Because in a year like this, the effort does not stay at the factory; it is felt at home, in time, energy, and concern.
And precisely for that reason, the other day we were not toasting what happened. Not that. We were toasting how we responded, the fact that we are still here, and our ability to get back up with more experience, stronger unity, and greater clarity.
Because ITV is not just a catalogue, nor a factory, nor a brand. ITV Ice Makers is a capable team. With character. And with a way of doing things that cannot be improvised.
Looking ahead to 2026, I shared a simple goal with you: I don’t want it to be just a better year. I want it to be a more solid year, with three very clear priorities:
- Quality and customer focus: no excuses and no shortcuts.
- Focus: choosing carefully where we put our energy and doing it extremely well.
- Team: continuing to take care of each other, listen to each other, and act as what we are—a company where people truly matter.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there, for pushing forward, and for supporting ITV in an especially demanding year.
Happy 2026 to everyone, with good health and many more reasons to raise a glass.
Warm regards,
Cristina Cordón
