Hello everyone,
I’m writing to you from a place of responsibility and shared commitment. Because we need you. Because for this company to truly grow, it needs those who make it possible every day — from any area, experience, or age — to also feel excited about the future. And because I want you to feel that ITV Ice Makers belongs to all of us: those who’ve been here for years, those who just arrived, those who lead, and those who push from places that are not always visible.
That shared excitement is what moves us forward.
The first thing I dare ask of you is very simple: be good people. Seriously. That’s how strong teams, lasting companies, and healthy relationships are built. Good people are those who think of others when making decisions, who help without being asked, who create a positive atmosphere naturally. And believe me, that shows.
Seek excellence as a habit in your daily work. Not as a one-time or extraordinary act, but as part of your style, your way of working and being here. Excellence isn’t doing things perfectly, it’s wanting to do them better each time.
Commitment isn’t clocking in at a certain hour. It’s being there when it matters most, not looking the other way, not disappearing at key moments. Sure, we all have bad days, aches, unexpected events… but there’s also a team that needs you and expects the best from you.
At the same time, I’d love for you to take initiative. Don’t fall into the classic “it’s just that…” mindset. Propose, look for ways to improve what’s around you, dare to speak up about what you don’t like… but always with a mindset of building, not complaining. I commit to making sure the company listens to you. But I need you to feel that ITV belongs to you too.
Believe in the sense of belonging. You’re part of something bigger: a team, a purpose, a story. ITV Ice Makers is not just a factory or a logo; it’s a group of people pushing every day to make things work. You are part of the group. You are part of ITV.
There are no perfect bosses here, and I confess I also make mistakes. Sometimes we don’t have time to be present, or we don’t give you the recognition you deserve. But you can do that for each other too. Congratulate your teammate when they do something well. Stand up for the team when someone takes advantage.
Excitement. That’s the word. Excitement is the engine of continuous motivation. It drives action, pushes us to seek new challenges and goals. Excitement doesn’t depend on your job title, but on the attitude you bring each morning.
Work with energy and passion. That’s what makes the difference. Not the number of tasks, but the drive you bring to them, the enthusiasm you put in, the passion you show. That energy is contagious. That energy builds culture.
Never stop learning. We’ll offer training, yes, but nothing replaces the attitude of someone who wants to grow inside and out. Not just technically, but personally. Learn to manage stress, to relate to others, to adapt. That’s what will make you unstoppable.
And yes, we can all be leaders. No title is required. A leader is someone who improves their corner, their shift, their line, their attitude. Someone who lifts others through example. Who pushes for better. Who improves. And at ITV we need you to be like that: proactive, brave, and responsible for your own path.
I also ask for your passion to improve, to make things work better. Don’t waste time or make others waste theirs. Reinvent processes, suggest ideas, question what doesn’t make sense. Improving isn’t criticizing: it’s having the courage to change what doesn’t work.
And finally: communicate. I know we’ve lacked in listening. I admit it. And we’ll do better. But I also want you to know you can speak up, share. Anytime. About what worries you, excites you, or confuses you. Because only through real dialogue can we build a common future.
Remember: patience and effort. There’s no success without both. Good things take time, and important things take effort. But all that effort gives us wings. Find your purpose here, fight for your place, seek your challenge. Not to please anyone, but to build the best version of yourself. The one you — and all of us — deserve.
Thank you for being part of ITV Ice Makers. I believe in you.
