However, we also know how to create ice in different ways which can entertain or be seen as “magic” by guests, mainly kids. Today we will show you the trick that turns water into ice in the blink of an eye.
To make it properly, you must follow several steps. First, you need to find a purified water bottle and chill it, without freezing it, at -40ºC. The coldest your home freezer probably gets is -24ºC, so you can also use this option leaving the bottle for some three hours.
Once the water has been over chilled, the last step is to hit the bottle. This will release a small amount of energy that will gather molecules of water and will form ice crystals, which will chain react throughout the bottle. This video shows how to do it and some extra tips to astonish everyone.
