The 2016 sports season starts and the Ice For Life Team has already begun training and taking part in the first trials of the season. At ITV-Ice Makers we know that values from sport are crucial and fully applicable to team work in a company. For that reason, the company has always been closely related to running and triathlon and we don’t want to miss one run all over Spain.
We started this spring taking part in two different but demanding events. On the one hand, the Maratón de Vías Verdes de Ojos Negros (picture above). It was the second edition of this event. which is held in the province of Castellón, in the town of Navajas, 30 km away from the city of Sagunto. This Marathon draws a line from the mountain (Barracas) towards the sea, finishing in the town of Navajas. All along the track, our team members José and Arbizu went past the towns of Viver, Caudiel and Jérica.
On the other hand, Ice For Life was also represented in the triathlon sprint event held in Gandía, included in the Valencian Community Autonomic Championship. Miguel Rives and Emilio Andrés (picture below) took part in this first and demanding race, one of the many they expect to finish this season.
