The vogue of mixology in recent years has created new needs for innovation in the composition of beverages as well as in other key elements. One of those key elements are ice cubes. At ITV we have ten types who are perfectly suited to each recipe and style.
The SUPER STAR range responds to the demand of large-sized cubes, especially in the Night Club market. That is why the SUPER STAR machines base their productivity on simple and agile maintenance (four self-standing columns structure), anti-limescale system (elastic shower) and frontal ventilation.
To accurately control production, two separate thermostats help regulate both the production time and the amount of ice stored. The cleaning switch allows water to circulate without the need of refrigeration, which facilitates perfect system cleaning.
The SUPER STAR model is for use under the counter, and does not lose productivity when it’s built-in. The stainless steel door has a dampening system patented by ITV. Standard equipment includes: ON/OFF switch; connection of water inlet; drainage; shovel to pick up the ice; Shuko cable connection; two mechanical filters.
This kind of ice is best suited for long glass drinks in crowded venues, although not all glass widths support the use of this ice cube. Not recommended for Premium drinks. Our proposal, for instance, is a Mango Daiquiri like the one illustrating this post.
