The Ice For Life has recently started the sport season with several challenges and competitions which are highlighted in the calendar and that are spread all over the world. Every single one of them will be narrated here in our blog. ITV is always in contact with sports and the ambition it represents.
In fact this Easter holidays some of our coworkers have preferred spending this days competing in different races. Oscar Gil is an example of this; he has been present in the well-known Madrid Marathon, finishing the challenge successfully.
Also during these days other events took place such as the Penyagolosa Trails Mim, this is a resistance competition that starts in the city of Castellon at sea level and ends in the top of the Penyagolosa Mountain. There is a maximum of 15 hours to complete de circuit. Runners must complete 63km going through the locations of Castellón, Borriol, Villafamés, Les Useres, Lucena, Xodos y Vistabella, to get to the finish line situated in Sant Joan de Penyagolosa, 1.280 meters high. This competition is part of the Spain Ultra Cup M.
We could find our friend Sergio Causera in this event; he always surprises us with his incredible marks and records regarding competitions of this high level of intensity. He completed 63.4km and 3050 d+ in a total of 9 hours and 31 minutes. This is a complete success and in ITV we are very proud.
