No wonder it had to come back. Finally, one of the oldest spirits of mankind is trendy again. We’re talking about vermouth, one of the oldest types of wine and the success of which comes back in cycles. That’s why there have been many ideas over time starring this drink.
Vermut Negro from Casa Mariol
It is a Macabee wine fermented with selected yeasts at low temperature and darkened until it gets a mahogany colour thanks to green walnuts. It is flavoured with herbs like thyme, rosemary and spiced with cinnamon. When sipped, always with ITV’s Delta ice cube, it has an acid but balanced flavour, refreshing and with personality.
Luis The Marinero
Bodegas Valdepablo have been making old school vermouth since 1928, following the family recipes. They launch their most modern version with the brand Luis The Marinero. Featuring two varieties, Vermut Rojo and Vermut Blanco, Luis The Marinero has succeeded in adapting this traditional product to modern times, with a fresh look and the know-how of the most traditional brands in the industry.
Miró’s Vermucola
The new trends of vermouth have also brought new and clever versions. Miró’s Vermucola is a mixer of coke and vermouth in a can which has just been released a few months ago. It’s made with half of coke and half of vermouth, with an alcohol contents of less than 4,5 degrees. It’s the ideal for having on the rocks as an aperitif.

We also offer some ideas like the original mix of ice cubes: Formula Energy.
– 3 cl sweet vermouth
– 5 cl vodka
-1,5 cl Blue Curaçao
-1,5 cl Cointreau
We put 4 ITV ice cubes. Delta is perfect for this mixer. We add the ingredients, stir and top with crushed ice from our Ice Queen 50 or Ice Queen 85, the queens of ice, and top it with a twist of Curaçao. Exquisite.
