Nosotros, a trav\u00e9s de nuestra experiencia con las m\u00e1quinas de hielo de ITV, utilizamos el proceso que os explicamos a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se podr\u00eda decir que la mayor\u00eda de los equipamientos, encimeras, campanas y resto de materiales de las cocinas profesionales son de acero inoxidable.<strong> Tambi\u00e9n lo son las m\u00e1quinas de hielo de ITV,<\/strong>\u00a0pues su durabilidad y resistencia hacen de este metal un material ideal por sus incomparables propiedades.\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Al contrario de lo que pasa con el acero, que se oxida al contacto con la humedad del aire o del agua; <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">el acero inoxidable contiene cromo<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">, que crea sobre las superficies una <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">capa protectora<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"> evitando el \u00f3xido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No obstante, aunque haya esa seguridad que evita el \u00f3xido, no hay que dejar de tomar<strong> todas las precauciones posibles para su conservaci\u00f3n y sobre todo para evitar la corrosi\u00f3n,<\/strong> pues una vez se inicia esta, es imparable. Por este motivo se debe ser escrupuloso. Lo ideal con las<strong> m\u00e1quinas de ITV<\/strong> y otros materiales de acero inoxidable es realizar <strong>limpiezas peri\u00f3dicas\u00a0<\/strong>as\u00ed como tener precauci\u00f3n con los productos desinfectantes que contienen cloruros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-729 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/itv.es\/icemakers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/itvad.jpg\" alt=\"itvad\" width=\"475\" height=\"405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/itv.es\/icemakers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/itvad.jpg 475w, https:\/\/itv.es\/icemakers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/itvad-300x256.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero lo realmente importante es una buena limpieza, <strong>sea \u00a0con productos usuales como la sosa caustica, el bicarbonato de sodio <\/strong>o simplemente con<strong> agua y jab\u00f3n, <\/strong>como tambi\u00e9n con los<strong> productos desengrasantes (b\u00e1sicos)<\/strong>, que hay en el mercado. En cualquier caso despu\u00e9s de la limpieza es<strong> imprescindible un aclarado<\/strong> con abundante agua y sobretodo un<strong> buen secado.\u00a0<\/strong>Para estas operaciones nunca se deben utilizar estropajos, ni cepillos met\u00e1licos o abrasivos, ni trabajar con las superficies a altas temperaturas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como paso\u00a0final, tras la limpieza es aplicar cualquier producto comercializado como <strong>limpiadores para aceros inoxidables,<\/strong> que en realidad no lo limpian sino que <strong>crean una fina pel\u00edcula grasa protectora<\/strong> que iguala la superficie, evitando que queden marcadas las famosas huellas de nuestros dedos, a la vez que lo abrillantan.<\/p>\n<h2><em>How to give stainless steel a good cleaning<\/em><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>When you work with\u00a0<strong>stainless steel<\/strong>\u00a0you know it has to be<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>thoroughly cleaned<\/strong> in order to get a good preservation and to avoid rusting.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>But it is not always done the right way. Based on our experience with ice machines at ITV, we use the following process.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>We could say most of the professional kitchens equipment, worktops, hoods and other materials are made of stainless steel.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>So are ITV&#8217;s ice machines,<\/strong>\u00a0as durability and resistance and other incomparable properties make this material an ideal choice.\u00a0Contrary to what happens with steel, which rusts in contact with air or water moisture,\u00a0<strong>stainless steeel contains chrome<\/strong>, which creates a\u00a0<strong>protective layer<\/strong>\u00a0on surfaces, thus avoiding rust.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Nevertheless, although we know it avoids rust, you always have to<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>make everything possible for preserving it and to avoid corrosion,<\/strong>\u00a0as once it starts, you cannot stop it. That is why we must be scrupulous. The best with<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>ITV machines<\/strong>\u00a0and other stainless steel materials is to carry out\u00a0<strong>regular cleaning\u00a0<\/strong>and to be careful with disinfectants containing chlorides.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-668 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/itv.es\/icemakers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/hielogourmet.jpg\" alt=\"hielogourmet\" width=\"1299\" height=\"1067\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>But what is really important is a good cleaning,\u00a0<strong>with common products as caustic soda, sodium bicarbonate<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>or simply<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>water and soap,<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>or<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>degreasing products (basic)<\/strong>, found in the market.
