During Christmas time, there is nothing better than gathering with family and friends to enjoy their company around a table. They are moments of nice gatherings, lunches and dinners always accompanied by drinks like cava, champagne and some cocktails afterwards. That is why at ITV we wanted to propose a few short recipes for 3 ice-cold cocktails that are perfect to surprise for the reminders of these holidays.<\/p>\n

White Christmas Dream:<\/strong> A very original and simple cocktail to prepare. You put in a shaker 30mm of amaretto or apricot liqueur, 30mm of double cream and 30mm of vodka. A sweet blend. Shake very well with ITV\u2019s DELTA range ice and serve in a cocktail glass. Then add a pinch of nutmeg and it\u2019s ready to enjoy.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Christmas Pacifico:<\/strong> It is stronger, but it is delicious. You\u2019ll need 45mm of tequila and 15mm of grenadine mixed with three tablespoons of lemon juice and crushed ice like the one produced by our ICE QUEEN machine. These ingredients should be mixed in a blender at low speed. Better served in a wide glass with sweetened edges.<\/p>\n

New Year\u2019s:<\/strong> This cocktail is preferably prepared with fruity gin that will be accompanied by grape liquor, egg white, natural lemon, sugar and some raisins that will be used for decoration. The first five ingredients are to be mixed in a shaker together with the ICE QUEEN crushed ice. Once mixed and served, raisins are added as a decorative complement.<\/p>\n
