Finally, one of the oldest spirits of mankind is trendy again.\u00a0 We&#8217;re talking about vermouth, one of the oldest types of wine and the success of which comes back in cycles. That&#8217;s why there have been many ideas over time starring this drink.<\/p>\n<h3>Vermut Negro from Casa Mariol<\/h3>\n<p>It is a Macabee wine fermented with selected yeasts at low temperature and darkened until it gets a mahogany colour thanks to green walnuts. It is flavoured with herbs like thyme, rosemary and spiced with cinnamon.
