Since 1982, ITV manufactures reliable and cost-effective ice machines, but above all, it offers a quick and close service.\u00a0Our customers are people with names because our goal is simpler than looking for profitability. We want to be a company in which the supplier can trust.<\/p>\n

We make machines with state-of-the-art technology, an attractive design, a great value for money and, mainly, a fantastic installation and after-sales service. In order to achieve this, we rely on 7 pillars, which are the company’s basic standards:<\/p>\n

1- Integrity and professional ethics in human and business relationships, both in and out of the company.<\/p>\n

2- Commitment to the environment and sustainable growing; compatible with continuous improvement of products and processes and of working conditions.<\/p>\n

3- Led by the Management, the triple goal of quality assurance, environment and workplace security are a responsibility shared by all levels or the organization.<\/p>\n

4- Only the respect for the others’ ideas and the transparency in all our actions lead us to spot our mistakes, which are inherent to any learning process.<\/p>\n

5- Success is based on a combination of many factors, like profitability, efficiency, productivity, motivation and loyalty, which at ITV we insist in achieving with an ongoing willingness of empathy and flexibility.<\/p>\n
