As we have already told you in other entries to the blog, we at ITV-Ice Makers have a wide variety of machines that produce different types of ice. This is because we believe that each situation, product and application require different ways of doing things. There is a difference between ice for a fishmonger’s and that for a cocktail. Nor is the ice for a coffee the same as that required for a spa or a medical treatment.

Today we would like to concentrate especially on the machines that produce the Delta range. These devices have a solid internal structure which greatly facilitates both their maintenance and specialist intervention, thanks to their characteristic design of four autonomous columns. The flexible shower system, patented by ITV, prevents limescale deposits. The frontal in-out system guarantees perfect ventilation.

A recipe? Tequila SunriseDELTA_FRONTAL

  • Preparation: Directly into the glass
  • Type of Glass: Wide or medium sized glass
  • Ingredients:
  • A splash of grenadine
  • A glass of white tequila (4cl.)
  • Orange juice (12cl.)
  • Decoration: 1 or 2 pieces of orange peel and abundant Delta range ice cubes (at least 4).
  • Preparation: Pour the tequila and juice into the glass and then stir with a bar spoon:
  • Add the DELTA ice
  • Pour in a splash of grenadine from one side of the glass
  • Decorate with slices of orange
